#How I Work With AI

Choose the Route
Shot by Shot.
Then Prove It.

W99 began as an AI-led product film. When generative video could not hold the speaker's exact form across shots, I changed the route: AI for atmosphere, 3D for product accuracy, and post to make it one film. The principle has held since: lock the direction first, choose the right route for each shot, stop when a route no longer converges, and verify before delivery.

I don't use AI to replace production.
I use it where it's the right route — and stop where it isn't.

ROUTE
A shot built for emotion and one built for accuracy may need different routes. AI, 3D and post are chosen by what the shot must protect.
STOPPING POINT
Every attempt has a stopping point set in advance. If it doesn't converge, switch routes — don't keep burning time.
VERIFY
If something can be measured, it should not be approved on feeling. Catch the checkable errors before the client does.
