Who is responsible

What is collected — only what you send

• Start a Project form: your name, email, phone (optional), role/company, and the project details you choose to share (situation, timeline, budget range, how you found the site).
• Quick note: your name, email and message.
• Add Your Voice: your name, email, role, company, your testimonial and an optional photo.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions (anti-spam) and is not stored by the site.

Why it is used

• To read and reply to your inquiry or note — the legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask for before any agreement.
• Testimonials are published on this site only after Nam Hi reviews them and confirms with you by email. You can ask for one to be edited or removed at any time.
• Nothing is sold, rented or used for advertising.

Where it goes

• Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend (email delivery service) to Nam Hi's inbox at info@namhi.vn, hosted on Apple iCloud Mail.
• The site is hosted on Vercel. Videos are served from Cloudflare R2 and contain no personal data.
• These providers may process data outside Vietnam (for example in the USA or Singapore) under their own security and data-protection commitments.

When you receive files through asset.namhi.vn

Nam Hi delivers production files through private links and QR codes on asset.namhi.vn. These pages are not indexed by search engines and are only reachable by people who receive the link.

• When you open a delivery link or download a file, the system records the time, your country, your device type (computer, phone or tablet) and a one-way hashed form of your IP address — the original IP is never stored. It also keeps the recipient name Nam Hi entered when creating the link.
• Why: to confirm that files were delivered and opened (proof of handover), to enforce expiry dates and download limits, and to block repeated wrong PIN attempts.
• If a link has a PIN, one functional cookie is set for 12 hours so you do not have to type the PIN again. It is not used for tracking.
• This data is stored on Supabase (database, Sydney, Australia) and the pages run on Vercel. When you click Download you are taken to the storage that holds the file (for example Nam Hi's NAS or Google Drive); that provider's own policy applies there.
• Delivery records are kept for as long as the related project needs them, at most 24 months after the link was created. You can ask for yours to be deleted at info@namhi.vn.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other sites — so there is no cookie banner. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie in this ecosystem is the PIN cookie on asset.namhi.vn described above.

How long it is kept

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation or project needs them, and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example invoices). Published testimonials stay until you ask for removal.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@namhi.vn. Requests are answered within 30 days. If you are in the EU you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
