A film introducing Minera's VIP services, released on YouTube

The Problem

A hot-spring resort needed to explain its top VIP package — many zones, many experiences — to guests of every age, and persuade them to buy a ticket. The service list was long; viewers do not want to read a value table.

What I Owned

Project Manager and Director — holding the line from treatment and script to the final cut, working with the agency and the talent team.

Key Decisions

01

Tell it through a family, not a service list

A multi-generation family moves through each zone. Every service becomes a moment in the day, and viewers understand the value by seeing it.

02

Use "around the world" as the rhythm

A globe animation links the zones to familiar bathing cultures, so each new zone is understood through something the viewer already knows.

03

Adjust for the real audience

Many viewers were older, so the text, pop-ups, sound and logo were tuned to what they can read and hear, not to the film crew's taste.

How It Was Made

I managed the project and directed it. I kept one line between the agency, the talent team and the crew, so the client's feedback always came back to one place.

Results

  • A film introducing Minera's VIP services, released on YouTube
  • One point of management and direction across the whole project

Takeaway

“A complex service is easier to understand when told through a family and a journey. Viewers remember what they lived through with the characters, not the list.”
